Citadellsvägen in Malmö is transformed into a beautiful walking path. Along the walking path there will be cafes, restaurants, offices and residence.
Currently the Abborren 3 is still under construction. An modern and sustainable office building with 7 floors, one of the floors is underground. The entire building has a major environmental focus and is both health and environment certified.
The frame consists of DELTBEAM® Frame. A combination of collaboration columns and DELTABEAM® Green. This means that the material used consists of 90% recycled steel, which greatly contributes to reducing the negative impact on the environment.
