Al Rashid hotel and residential complex is located right next to Al Rashed Mall in Al Khobar. The complex is connected to the mall by a bridge. Complex has a hotel and five residential buildings connected to each other from the upper floors.
The whole frame of the building is designed with Peikko column connections with a remarkable amount of HPKM® column shoes and bolts. Most of the other connections are designed with welding plate connections also manufactured by Peikko.
