The apartment house in Dunajská Streda will be one of 6 buildings built in this location. It meets the investor's requirement to build a basement under the building and at the same time have the lowest possible slab, because of the short ramp.
DELTABEAM® beams are used in the slab above the basement. They support the load-bearing walls on the ground floor, and at the same time create an open space and free passage in the basement. By reducing the thickness of the slab, the length and height of the ramp is reduced, which allows easy entry into the basement in the smallest area, which was a condition for the realization of the basement.
