Brochmannsgate 9 consists of 25 rental units, and a lower floor containing 14 parking spaces, waste rooms, technical rooms and stalls. The building is carried out with support structure mainly in concrete but some walls with steel columns and drawers. The facade walls are mainly made with insulated bonding plants, and some with concrete walls insulated outside with mineral wool.
