Dalian Zhengda Qingyuan Office Building project which has been produced by Dalian Zhengda Qingyuan Building Materials Co., LTD., and designed by Dalian Urban Development Design Co., LTD, consists of a total of 2 floors with the outer shear wall adopting sandwich wall panels.
The construction area of the project is about 2000 square meters. The inner leaf wall panel is 200 mm, the outer leaf wall panel is 60 mm and the thickness of the insulation layer is 200 mm. The sandwich wall connector of the external wall adopts Peikko's PDM250 type connectors.
