A producer of wines and in particular of Vosne Romanée 1er cru clos des réas, belonging to the sixth generation. Over the years, the estate has been expanding their Hautes-Côtes by adding new plantations.
The building site is located on the road of the Grands Crus of Bourgogne.
DELTABEAM® Composite Beams were installed with pre-slabs to achieve a slim floor; the height of the wine vats and the cellars being a principal constraint.
The use of DELTABEAM® enabled a quick building process and assisted in the modernization of the building.
