Timber-concrete composite (HBV) meets DELTABEAM®. Peikko designed the slab system for the demanding building project using a timber-concrete composite structure. The Swiss company ERNE AG Holzbau produced the prefabricated wood-composite components in its own factory and combined them with DELTABEAM® composite beams to form an efficient slim-floor structure.
The building will have 3 levels, approx. 122 m long and approx. 30 m wide. The reinforced concrete work was executed by Grossmann, all other structural work on the construction site was conducted by ERNE Holzbau.
The design as a composite structure with DELTABEAM® slim floors allows very high load capacities with low construction height.
