Peikko offered DELTABEAM® Slim Floor Structure for CLT massive timber slab system on this project.
On top of CLT there is also structural concreting. This enabled easy HVAC installations, long spans and in addition lower building height.
At this site, we used DELTABEAM® to make full-height CLT elements work as floor-height walls. This kept the number of elements and joints much smaller.
