Phase 2 of the Kassmyra project in Tumba is currently under construction, continuing to prioritize sustainability. Just like the first phase, the project will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Guld, which sets strict requirements for energy efficiency, material selection, and indoor environmental quality. Once completed in the summer of 2025, this phase will consist of three modern apartment buildings with approximately 120 new apartments, a commercial space, and an underground parking garage.
