Indwell Community Homes, the developer, is a non-profit which builds and operates Christian based affordable housing communities. The 15,563 m² project consists of 68 units with commercial space on the ground floor.
Invizij Architects is responsible for the design while Kalos Engineering Inc is the structural engineering firm on the project. Kalos chose DELTABEAM® to achieve a slim floor using hollow-core slabs. Peikko’s engineering team has once again provided excellent coordination on this project. Says Grant Finlay from Kalos, “We’re very happy with the way the product has turned out and with the level of detail to which Peikko has gone in coordinating everything”.
Schilthuis Construction Inc is the general contractor and completion date is expected for end of January 2021.
