Lux @ Tux is a luxury-apartment building located at 835 Sterling Lyon Parkway in Winnipeg’s sought-after South Tuxedo neighborhood.
The project consists of 5 stories of multi-family rental units, 1 level of parking at grade and 1 at underground level. The building which will contain 133 units is being built on a 2.29-acre site.
DELTABEAM® was chosen as the structural solution for this project due to a height restriction and scheduling issues, especially since the construction was to take place during Winnipeg’s notoriously harsh winter.
Private Pensions Partners Real Estate LP (P3) is the developer, Karl Truderung of Tower Engineering is the structural engineer and BLDG Architecture Office Inc is responsible for the design of the project.
The building is set for completion sometime in the Spring of 2019
