Madison Square East, Miami, USA

DELTABEAM® was used in the construction of the Madison Square East mixed-use project in South Miami, Florida. The East property consists of approximately 3,566 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and 20 affordable residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The project was developed by Daniel Abreu, designed by Fanjul Associates, and the hollow-core supplier was Cement Industries Inc. The structural engineer responsible for the project was PMM Consulting Engineers.
