The office building is located by the major access roads to Odense in an attractive area under continuous development. The property itself is designed as a multi-purpose house for all tenants. It has a common canteen, meeting rooms, parking basement and roof terraces.
The tenancies are tailored to the individual tenant who has been very involved in the process. At the same time, the office building is flexible to changing requirements and needs. This is made possible, among other things, by means of DELTABEAM® Composite beams that create flexible and open spaces, which are important elements in a project where the requirements for the interior design of the rooms are dictated by the current tenant of the building.
The engineering company Safe-CON has focused on efficient column connections with HPKM® Column Shoes and HPM® Anchor Bolts. These products enable safe mounting of the concrete columns, without bracing, during installation while the robustness requirements are achieved via anchor bolts and nuts instead of corrugated pipes.
The project has been developed by Barfod Group with Juul Frost as architect and has tenants such as PwC, Nykredit and Totalkredit, among others.
