The campus area of New York University (NYU) in Abu Dhabi encompasses more than 300 000m2 of area in a split-level, pedestrian-oriented network of 29 academic, residential, student life and research buildings.
Campus design is based on a combination of regional and Western academic typologies, and the building massings and campus layout promote a comfortable pedestrian experience. This large university complex includes full precast colored concrete facades in white and grey sand-blasted precast cladding.
Peikko's fastening items enabled a fast and reliable erection of the complex.
