In Lech am Arlberg, this new and architecturally unusual building was constructed in just four months.
The concept for the hotel Tannberg was to keep the wooden asthetic throughout therefore the wide span and point-based ceilings where built in a wood-concrete composite construction.
All this was acheived with a sustainable design and the with unique Peikko composite carrier system in record time.
Coinciding with the project Gastrochem in Rugell, Liechtenstein this was the start of the success story for DELTABEAM® composite beam in timber construction.
Voraussetzung war der unterzugsfreie Bau, daher haben wir in einer Aussenwandachse den DELTABEAM® Verbundträger eingesetzt. Hinzu kamen ebene Holz-Untersichten und die Elementbauweise für Decken, Wände und Aussenwände mit hohem Vorfertigungsgrad sowie eine knappe Bauzeit. Die hohe Linienlast der Aussenwand mit Türöffnungen und Terrassen konnte nur durch die Verwendung des DELTABEAM® Systems realisiert werden.
