The Ensemble | One of the largest and most sustainable mixed-use high-rise developments in the Netherlands.
Two residential towers of 100 and 120 metres are being built at Karspeldreef 14-16 in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. The project comprises 592 rental homes.
The Peikko Frame solution, consisting of the DELTABEAM® composite beam and the ATLANT® composite column, was chosen for the 6-story plinth of the complex, which houses commercial social and healthcare facilities.
In other parts of 'The Ensemble' there is also chosen for the prefilled ATLANT® composite columns.
Also, our HPM® Anchor bolts, which allow for punch-free construction, and our PCs® Console system, which creates an invisible bearing of the DELTABEAM® and saves space are a big part of this “Frame solution” project to build Fast, Safe, and sustainable.
