As supporting facilities, the total construction area of Tsinghua Garden prefabricated residential project is about 297,000 ㎡, with a total of 34 floors, a total of 15 single residences and public supporting facilities.
The project is a shear wall structure system. Sandwich wall panels are used for external walls, and the thickness of inner and outer leaf wall panels and insulation boards are 200 mm, 30 mm and 60 mm respectively. Peikko's PDM-80 is used for the project.
