At Bjerke in Oslo an eight-story high block of care homes for the elderly has been built. There are a total of 80 apartments, as well as a cafeteria, activity center, hairdresser, pedicure and physiotherapy, office space and parking. All the apartments have a balcony or terrace, as well as a shared roof terrace.
